'Boobs & Brass' take the Whit Friday Marches
by storm...again!

Whilst still not really believing it had been a WHOLE year since our last trip north 'Boobs & Brass' headed to Saddleworth and the annual 'Whit Friday Marches'. This time, however, we made a bit of a weekend of it as Jane was celebrating an important birthday and Maggie had arranged a short concert in her home town of Buxton on the Saturday.

The weather, on the whole, was cool and dull, but it did rain towards the end of the day. Not bad though, when you consider that he event was taking part earlier in the year than usual.

Once again, we were well received where ever we went and we managed to pick up a couple of prizes (Grotton and Greenfield) along the way.

Obviously, this 'Whit Friday' report isn't complete - I will continue to add stuff as it gets sent and becomes available. However, if I've made some terrible mistake or omission- please accept my apologies and let me know!

Importantly - our 'Groupies' (Glenis et al!) collected a wonderful...

...£700...!

for the breast cancer CAMPAIGN - WOW!
